Alfonso Lozano
is one of those determined artists who try to defend
the music of their time.
This saxophonist
refuses to express himself in a conventional
musical language, he makes research, he experiments and he performs the best thoughts of the composers with whom he
collaborates. This creates special and fertile relationships.
The work that results is
very open-minded, full of
talent and determination. This artist
wants to bring saxophone to
the center of the contemporary impulse.
Im proud of him.
